… anche a me è sempre piaciuto sognare ed uno dei miei sogni si è finalmente realizzato: nel 2013 ho costruito con le mie mani la mia prima chitarra!
Ho sempre avuto inoltre un’attrazione verso i materiali naturali, soprattutto nei confronti del legno.
Avevo 17 anni quando, per ragioni famigliari, non mi è stato possibile partecipare all’esame d’ammissione alla Scuola di Liuteria di Cremona. Dopo gli studi al Conservatorio e l’ottenimento del diploma in chitarra classica ho insegnato molti anni come docente di musica nella scuola pubblica.
40 anni più tardi la mia curiosità mi ha spinto a riprendere il mio sogno, così ho preso contatto con Eros, ora grande amico, che ha avuto fiducia in me ed ha acconsentito di accompagnarmi nella costruzione della mia prima chitarra.
Ogni costruzione di un nuovo strumento è una nuova sfida che affronto sempre con grandissima voglia e curiosità. Spero di poter costruire strumenti ancora per diversi anni e godermi ogni profumo e momento che il mio laboratorio mi regalerà.
Trasformare questo sogno in realtà è stato unicamente possibile grazie alla grandissima fiducia che mia moglie e i nostri figli hanno avuto in me, sono a loro, di cuore, infinitamente grato.

The same do I. I have always loved to dream and one of my dreams has finally come true in 2013 when I built my first guitar with my own hands!
Natural materials – and especially wood – have always attracted me.
I was 17 when due to family reasons it was not possible for me to participate in the entrance exam at the Cremona Violinmaking School. After studying at the Conservatory and obtaining a diploma in classical guitar, I taught many years as a teacher of music in public schools.
40 years later, my curiosity led me to resume my dream and I contacted Eros, who became a great friend of mine. He completely believed in me and agreed to accompany me while building my first guitar. Every creation/construction of a new instrument is a new challenge that I always face with great desire and curiosity. I do hope to be able to construct guitars for several more years and enjoy every fragrance and moment that my laboratory / Werkstatt? will give me.
Transforming this dream into reality was only possible thanks to the great trust that my wife and children had in me for which I am infinitely grateful.
